We are huge fans of the Pollo Inferno food truck, and can’t wait to have them back out to the brewery and hop farm! Peruvian flavors and wood-charcoal fired shrimp, steak, and chicken… amazing flavors and something for everyone! Oh, it goes great with beer too! Cheers!!
